Indian Films have sold the music rights of Vipul Shah’s Singh Is King to Times Music at a whopping amount of Rs. 13.5 crore. The music of the film was sold at highest ever price in more than a decade. Even Shahrukh Khan’s much hype movie Om Shanti Om had gone for only 7 crs.

According to the sources, the amount being paid for the film’s music is a landmark valuation. And after this Singh Is King can easily be termed as the biggest film of the year 2008.

The film stars the khiladi Akshay Kumar in the lead role. According to Vipul, Akshay is commanding box office right now and can actually be termed as the most depebdable actor of the bollywood industry.

Times Music earlier tasted success with last year blockbuster flick Welcome. And now it is believed that Singh Is King would be the biggest hit of this year too.
